- Is FlexoCommand.com only for flexo presses?
- No — it's specifically designed for hybrid shops running both flexo and digital presses. The Professional tier adds the HP Indigo click-charge engine, UV inkjet ink-coverage % engine, and Xeikon subscription-allocation engine alongside the flexo quoting engine, with a comparative matrix that finds the crossover automatically.
- How long does setup take?
- 15 minutes to configure your first press and quote your first job. The trial is self-serve — no sales call, no implementation, no IT involvement.
- Can I import my existing customer and product data?
- Not currently. You add your press configurations, substrate library, and label product catalog directly in the product. Most shops with 3–8 presses complete their configuration in one session.
- Do you offer BRCGS food-contact traceability?
- Yes, at the Enterprise tier. Contact us for a discussion about your compliance requirements — BRCGS traceability is provisioned after a discovery call.
- Is this available in Canada?
- Yes. Canadian customers are billed in USD via Stripe's FX. The product is English-only.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your press configurations, substrate library, quotes, and orders are retained for 90 days post-cancellation. Your Admin can export everything as CSV during that window. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
