About

Built by Someone Who Has Mispriced a Label Job

FlexoCommand.com is built on 8 years of production label-quoting software development — not a generic MIS dressed up with flexo terminology.

Company mission

Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds focused tools for underserved B2B markets. We don't build platforms — we build the specific software that a specific buyer can't find anywhere else at a price they can actually pay.

Product story

FlexoCommand.com started with LabelDockets — an 88-table, 37-stored-procedure label converting MIS deployed in production at a multi-press narrow-web converter over eight years. Its quoting engine wasn't built for a demo: it priced real jobs, in a real shop, on real press configurations, for years. That production system is the reference FlexoCommand's engine is built and regression-tested against — not a spreadsheet reverse-engineered for a launch.

The problem we kept running into: the estimator's Excel workbook was the single source of truth for every quote, every repeat run, every pricing decision. When the estimator left, the shop lost the workbook. When a cell broke, the shop quoted wrong. When they added an HP Indigo alongside their flexo presses, they ran two completely separate estimating systems for two years before acknowledging they needed a tool that priced both.

That tool didn't exist. Every MIS at any price in the market priced one technology type — or neither. FlexoCommand.com is the only tool that prices flexo and digital in one comparative quote.

Our values

Domain first, software second

We don't build generic platforms. We understand label converting before we write a line of code.

Self-serve or nothing

If an estimator can't quote a real job in the first 15 minutes of a trial, the product has failed.

Uncontested or not at all

The $199–$599 self-serve price band for a flexo-native MIS was unoccupied. We occupy it.

Margins are invisible until they aren't

Est-vs-actual job costing isn't a feature. It's the reason shops discover they've been systematically underpricing for three years.
